Fond-Konzentrate von OSCAR
Oscar-Fonds sind eine echte Alternative!
Herrliche Gerichte zubereiten zu können ohne stundenlang reduzieren zu müssen. Es sind verschiedene Oskar-Fonds-Konzentrate erhältlich, z.B.: Gemüse, Kalb, Rind, Hühner und Fisch.
Für 1 Liter fertigen Fond benötigt man 40 g Konzentrat.
Ein intensiver Geschmack ohne Geschmacksverstärker.
Inhalt: 200 ml in der PE-Flasche

The OSCAR Fond range is versatile and easy to dose. Ideal as base for sauces and stews, to give the final touch to the dish and for marinades etc. The liquid fonds are easily dissolved in water and highly concentrated as 1 litre gives 34 litres of ready fond."
