ProfBoard - Profibrett
Das Profibrett! Das Schneidbrett samt Auflage hat einen patentierten Kunststoff, den man bei 95 Grad in die Spülmaschine stecken kann, ohne dass es sich verbiegt.
Der Clou an dem Schneidbrett ist das geniale „Click-System“. Dies ermöglicht ein ständig hygienisches und sauberes Arbeiten. Man schneidet die Lebensmittel auf den oberen Auflagen.
Es gibt 6 verschiedene Farben in Anlehnung an HACCP.
- Gelb = Geflügel,
- Rot = Fleisch,
- Blau = Fisch,

Grün = Obst/Gemüse
Die Farben Schwarz und Weiß sind frei nutzbar
Hierbei hat man den Vorteil, dass man für jeden Bereich unterschiedliche Farben nutzen kann und somit Kreuzkontaminationen vorbeugt.
